Choose 1 Dulled Forward opponent controls. Deal it 8000 damage and deal 4000 damage to all Forwards opponent controls other than that Forward with the same element as that Forward.
Errata
If the chosen Forward becomes Active before resolution time, it doesn't take damage, but the other forwards do.
